Our Commitment

Lucky Feet Shoes is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make that goal a reality.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website has been evaluated against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We conduct accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing, including screen reader testing (NVDA and VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation testing, color contrast verification, browser zoom testing, and text-spacing testing. The large majority of accessibility issues identified during our most recent audit have been remediated and independently verified.

A small number of exceptions remain, confined to third-party components embedded on our site — including Shopify's native checkout and account system, which we use to securely process orders and manage customer accounts, and select embedded widgets such as our rewards program, product review tool, and store locator. These components are controlled by their respective providers rather than by Lucky Feet Shoes directly, and we continue to monitor them and encourage their providers to improve accessibility.

Known Limitations

  • Third-party checkout and account pages: Portions of the cart, checkout, login, and order-history experience are hosted by our e-commerce platform provider and cannot be fully customized by us. We are working with our provider to improve accessibility of these pages.
  • Embedded third-party widgets: Some features on our site — such as our rewards/referral program, product reviews, and store locator — are provided by third-party tools. We are actively encouraging these vendors to improve the accessibility of their products and will update this statement as improvements are made.
