I am on week 3 of wearing this boot, and the leather has become much softer than it originally was. Do not wear this boot without the Feetures Trail socks, in the beginning, otherwise it will cause a bit of discomfort. Use the trail socks in order to break in the boot much faster. I noticed with the trail socks, it prevented my left foot from rubbing on the heel, which helped a lot since it's my smaller foot. So far, I am loving the boots. (P.s this is my very first pair of boots.)
