Returns Made Easy
Lucky Feet Shoes offers easy returns for both: in our stores and our website.
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange. We made it easy for our customers by covering shipping costs both ways (Purchases over $100): by mail to LuckyFeetshoes.com. *Excludes sales and clearance items.
You can return unworn, new sell-able condition for up to 30 days from the date received. Shoes must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. If returning a pair of shoes to us is necessary, please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage or an address label to this box will result in a minimum $10 to maximum $25 fee.
- No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.
- All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- Returns must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.
- Refund payments will be made using the same payment method you used to make the initial purchase.
- Credit Card purchases will be credited to the original purchase credit card account.
For your convenience, we will cover shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return or exchange(Purchases over $100). If you need a return label, please call us toll-free at Customer Service: 1-877-220-4606.
Please include a copy of your receipt along with a note asking for a refund.
We process most returns within one week of their receipt back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed it can take your bank up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.
