I originally bought these for work in a kitchen because they are slip resistant, but they did not have enough grip on oils. I have since used them as my hiking shoes and they are amazing. They might not grip enough in the kitchen, but grip beautifully to more natural surfaces like dirt and gravel or slick rocks.

This is a really comfortable shoe with a great look. The insole is very cushy and has great arch support, however the shoes run too narrow. I have a medium width foot and this just isn't wide enough for me to be able to wear all day.
