im sure it helps some, and feels great but too wide for my foot. would recommend this to someone with that issue or plantar fasciitis

These fit a medium width foot perfectly. If you have a wide foot it may be too tight. The arch feels really supportive yet soft, great for wearing around the house.

Great slip on slide for around the house. Definitely a must have for anyone with Plantar Fasciitis. They do run a little short, so you might need to go up a size.
