Better than stock insoles but not what they used to be. I was first introduced to Lynco inserts in BMT in 2008 & loved them. They’ve gotten a bit thinner over the years but are still a good investment over standard running shoes insoles. I try to find the oldest ones I can & buy them.

The best arch support insoles I’ve ever had. I have used them for years.

Fantastic arch support for those with low arches or are just wearing support for the first time. No need to cut them, the sizes are extremely close. If you wear a half size, I would recommend buying the half size up from your shoes. The supports will fit fine.

This is probably the best arch support anyone can wear for sporting activities. The support and cushion follows through and hard hitting activities.

i normally prefer a 3/4 orthotic, but i don’t mind this one because it’s just as thin and gives the same support to where i cant tell the difference sometimes!
