We, at Lucky Feet Shoes, are committed to bringing you shoes and inserts that are not only comfortable for your feet but protect them as well. We want all of our shoes to not only look good but feel good too. We are committed to upholding the highest standard in business practices. We are founded on the fact that our customers are our number one responsibility. Without our customers, we simply cease to exist. We promise to conduct business in a sound and ethical manner. While we realize that it is impossible to please everyone, in every instance, we are committed to resolving any and all disputes also in a sound and ethical manner. Our desire is to foster a long and personal relationship with each and every customer we come in contact with. We are of the belief that we make our business what it is, and not that our business makes us who we are.

Here are our online policies surrounding shipping, returns, and tax.

Shipping:

We made it easy for our customers by covering shipping costs both ways (Purchases over $100). For your convenience, we will cover shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid return label for your return or exchange (Purchases over $100). If you need a return label, please call us toll-free at 1-877-220-4606*Excludes sale and clearance items.

  • Total Delivery Time is a combination of the Processing Time and the Shipping Time. The standard total delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
  • Processing Time is the time between when the order was made online and when it leaves the warehouse to be sent to you. This can take anywhere from a few hours to three business days (Saturdays, Sundays and federally recognized holidays are not business days.).
  • Incorrect billing information (the name and address that matches the credit card you used) or shipping information can delay your order.
  • Orders placed after normal business hours or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Normal Business Hours = Monday- Friday 10 am – 5 pm PST.
  • If a product is on back order (one-week extension or longer), we will notify you ASAP via a phone call and e-mail.
  • We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO/FPO addresses or internationally for an additional $30.00 shipping charge.
  • Sale and clearance items are subject to a $10 shipping charge per item.

Information on backorders and out of stock items:

If an item goes on backorder, we will call you. If we cannot reach you via telephone, you will be notified by email. If you order contains a backorder item, we will ship the backorder item as soon as there’s stock available at no extra cost to you.

Lost Shipments:

If after 10 days from the date of shipment FedEx is unable to confirm delivery of your package, we will reship your order.

If FedEx confirms that your items were delivered to your requested shipping address, Lucky Feet Shoes assumes you have received your order. Before you contact us, we ask that you contact FedEx with your tracking information. Sometimes packages are accepted by a relatives, neighbors or friends. If there is confirmation by FedEx of delivery to your requested shipping address, we cannot be held responsible nor will we reship the order.

Refusing shipments:

When you place an order, you are making a commitment to purchase that item, and your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed. If your order is returned to us or our manufacturer, and there was no error on our part, or, if you refuse delivery of the package after ordering, you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for the carrier’s return shipping charges for refused items that are shipped back to us, our manufacturer, or our warehouse. All such fees will be deducted prior to issuing a credit or refund, or billed to the credit card provided during registration and/or checkout.

Pricing:

  • All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax. All payments shall be made in US dollars.
  • All Prices, Policies and Terms are current as of TODAY’S DATE however, all Prices Policies and Terms are subject to change without notice.
  • Any and all legal discrepancies shall be governed by US law and specifically by the laws of the state of California All legal claims, if any, will be made in the court systems of the state of California.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you need to return your order, you may do so within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.

In order to refund the full cost of your purchase without additional charges some basic requirement must be met:

  • All products must be in their original, unworn condition.
  • All products must be received in their original packaging. However, when you ship the products back to us for return please place it inside a packing box to avoid damage.
  • Affixing tape, postage or an address label to the original packaging of the product marking the original packaging will result in a minimum $10 fee.
  • No refunds will be given for WORN merchandise.
  • All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Please include a copy of your receipt along with a note asking for a refund.

We process most returns within one week of their receipt back to our warehouse. Once your refund has been processed it can take your bank up to 10 days to post the credit to your account.

Sales Tax

Items shipped within California are subject to California’s State Sales Tax.
